Administration Manager

Hi, I’m Krystina. I joined CMR as a temp in September 2003, but it wasn’t long before I was thrown in at the deep end on a permanent basis as a debt collector.

Now my role as Administration Manager incorporates debt recovery, claims and also managing the Admin Team. So it’s just as well that I’m very organised.  And, if I say so myself, I’m a great negotiator, with extensive knowledge of credit insurance and all that entails.  It’s a fabulous job. Every day is different and I never know quite what to expect.  But that’s what makes it so enjoyable and satisfying: negotiating on the phone every day and having to think on my feet.
In December 2015 I fulfilled one of my life’s ambitions to become a mother, and gave birth to my lovely daughter Hazel. My family is very important to me.  I love cooking for them and, if I didn’t work for CMR, my dream job would be to own a restaurant by the sea.
