Hi, I'm Karen and I joined CMR on the 1st March 2018 as a Policy Administrator.

As an administrator, I deal with the day to day running of our clients’ debt collections as well as processing their claims.  I always try to help my clients and colleagues as much as I can.  In the time I have been at CMR, I have learnt a lot about Credit Insurance and my colleagues have been very helpful and supportive as I settle in.

I am originally from South Africa and have lived in the UK for 22 years. I enjoy watching sports such as cricket and rugby and supporting South Africa and of course, England as well!  In my spare time, I enjoy watching my sons play cricket and rugby.  I think it is important to have a sport that you can enjoy and learn from, especially team sports - they build good life lessons.  I also enjoy meeting up with friends and spending time with my family and taking amateur photos especially of my family and the beautiful countryside we live in.

If I was not working at CMR, I would love to work at The Oval as a cricket administrator, as I love all things cricket!
